SAFE BOATING THROUGH EDUCATION |
Welcome to the
Orangeville Squadron web site. As a chartered member of the Canadian Power and
Sail Squadrons and York West District, we are proud to continue providing safe
boating and navigation courses to our neighbours in Orangeville and surrounding
areas.
Our mission, with the aid of a number of dedicated volunteers, is to provide you
with the best information and knowledge for your boating pleasure and safety.
Various courses are offered, depending upon demand and the current availability
of instructors. Whether you are brand new to boating or are seeking to advance
your boating skills, the Squadron is here to help.
We welcome the help and assistance of all who might wish to volunteer their time
and share their knowledge with their fellow boaters. If you can spare time
during the evenings, mainly during the off-season, please contact us - we have a
job for you, either in the classroom teaching or assisting, or in the general
operation of the Squadron's activities.
